Improvements

• COURSE EVALUATIONS, PARTIAL TERMS:
  • Improvement to the Survey Home Page for Partial Terms
    • With this improvement, a new drop-down menu is available to display survey submission status in each partial term.
      
      
      
  • Improvement to Assigned Courses and Survey Participants Pages in the Survey Manager for Partial Terms
    • With this improvement, Assigned Courses and Survey Participants pages have a “Term” filter that allows the user to search by specific partial terms.

  • Ability to Reopen Surveys in Completed Partial Terms
    • With this improvement, completed partial term survey instances may be reopened using a new “Reopen” button next to the survey listing in the Survey manager.
    • The results available date will automatically update to +1 day after the new partial term survey end date.
      
      
• COURSE EVALUATION ANALYSIS REPORT
  • Formatting improvements were made to the report to improve the display of data in the user interface
    • Start & End columns have been merged into the same column
    • Course information will be displayed going forward instead of the course name since some names can be too long.
      
• PROGRAMS
  • Program Outcome Rubric now called Proficiency Scale
    • The scale that indicates Student achievement of outcomes assessed in Programs is now called a Proficiency Scale.  Previously this was called a Program Outcome Rubric, which caused confusion with Assignment Rubrics/Rubric Criteria Library in AEFIS.  This will be seen in the Institution, College, Department, and Program settings pages.
      
• TERMS
  • Ability to Bulk Publish Terms and Partial terms in the Term Manager
    • With this improvement, multiple terms in ‘Draft’ status can be published together at the same time.
