New Features – Reports!

• Assignment Listing Report
  • Display of all assignments either pulled from the LMS or created in AEFIS as a Student Submission, No Submission or Assignment Not Managed in AEFIS. This report also includes the rubric information for the assignment both from the LMS or created in AEFIS.
  • Parameters Available:
    • College (Multi-Select)
    • Department (Multi-Select)
    • Term (Multi-Select)
    • Assignments: Both, Course Assignments, Course Section Assignments
    • Course (Choose one or more)
    • Course Section (Choose one or more)
• Assignment Result Report
  • Display of all assignments scored in AEFIS including statistical data (Std. Dev., Median, Mean, Mode).
  • Parameters Available:
    • College (Multi-Select)
    • Department (Multi-Select)
    • Term (Multi-Select)
    • Assignments: Both, Course Assignments, Course Section Assignments
    • Course (Choose one or more)
    • Course Section (Choose one or more)
• CLO Direct Assessment Analysis
  • This report has been added for our partners that are doing Course Learning Outcome Assessment. This will display the results of the assessment data based on a course section, course (roll-up of course sections), across a department or college.
  • Parameters Available:
    • Term (Multi-Select)
    • College (Multi-Select)
    • Department (Multi-Select)
    • Course (Choose one or more)
    • Course Section (Choose one or more)
    • Degree (Choose one or more)
    • Show only CLOs mapped to outcomes (Yes/No) – This for CLOs mapped to PLO, External Outcomes, College Outcomes or Institution Outcomes in the curriculum map
• Curriculum Map Report
  • Easily export the current status of a program curriculum map include all relationships outcome spaces (Institution, External, College, Program) as well as the developmental level.
  • Parameters Available:
    • Outcome Space: Institution, College, External, Program
    • Developmental Level (Dropdown)
    • Courses Mapped (Dropdown)
    • CLOs mapped to the course (Dropdown)
• Data Collection Reports – Development being finalized! This will be updated once they have been finished and available on your training site.

New Features – Self-Study AEFIS Smart Content

• Inserting of Evidence from the Evidence Bank as a hyperlink is now available in the AEFIS Smart Content.
  • Instruction Guide coming soon!

Improvements

• Data Collection User Interface/Functional Improvements
  • Includes updates to the section headers to make them more visible, collapsible headers to shorten the length of the form and other improvements based on feedback on the user experience.
• Survey Report Improvements
  • This included some bug fixes to the Course Evaluation Analysis and Course Section Trend Analysis Reports.
• Syllabus Preview Improvements
  • Updated the Syllabus Preview to have a cleaner output and updated icons.

Resolved Bugs

• Assessment End Date displaying incorrectly on specific pages – Fixed to display the correct end date on all pages
• Co-Curricular Assignments Due Date show an incorrect date – Fixed!
• Instructors not being able to see Co-Curricular Activities and Co-Curricular Sections – Fixed!
• “Add Outcome Space” disabled for all users except Institution Admins – more on this to come in the next release!
• Bulk assignment of courses within an assessment – Fixed!
