We will start with your goals and challenges, and provide you with guiding questions to help you conceptualize and organize your success journey. From our conversation, our Client Success Team will perform an analysis and provide insights and share any experiences from the field. You will receive your finalized Success Plan Blueprint you can use with or without AEFIS!

15-minute easy stretching and meditation while sitting at your desk.
This activity is intended for everyone and no experience necessary. All you need to do is show up! You will not need a yoga mat, special shoes, or any specific clothing. All you will need to do is sit up in your chair and ideally be close to your camera showing your shoulders and head. During our session, we will be focusing on gentle neck and shoulder stretches, breathing techniques, and a small meditation for each class where we will set an intention for our day.
