Our Client Success Model is rooted in academic partnership and collaboration. As such, our implementation methodology is agile project methodology so we can respond flexibly to new requirements during the implementation phase and beyond. The high level of customer integration in our agile implementation methodology and our overarching Client Success Model ensure successful delivery of the initial implementation as well as ongoing operations of the AEFIS Platform on your campus.
Once the contractual steps have been completed, our first step will be to jointly determine an Onboarding project plan that best fits an institution’s needs. To determine the plan, we will carry out a requirement analysis to understand your needs better, and gap fit analysis to identify which modules in AEFIS needs customization and to what extent. This is then followed by training. The timeline varies between our institutions depending on their local resources. The AEFIS Project Manager will create a custom Onboarding Plan to include recommendations for assembling a University Onboarding Team, the schedule for creating data-feed(s) and setting up tools for a successful launch to all users. 3. Discovery | The Discovery step allows our Client Management Team to get to know your institution and assist you in the development of a Success Plan and timeline that supports your goals and requirements. 4.
