Dr. Joyce Hill, Director of Assessment, New Mexico State University-Alamogordo
I was born in Roswell, New Mexico about the time the aliens left. I have lived in New Mexico all of my life and love this 'Land of Enchantment'. I received my Ph.D. from New Mexico State University in 2004. I have been an elementary school teacher, an Educational Diagnostician, and a midlevel administrator for our NMSU campus in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Currently, I am the Director of Assessment for the campus with a grand total of one person in my department–me!
