June 9, 2021 @ 3:45 PM – 4:30 PM EDT

Description
Lightning Talks are short, targeted presentations that provide insight into best practices, challenges, and successes in assessment. Listen in as some of the greatest minds and thought leaders share authentic assessment processes, continuous improvement stories, and innovative approaches toward lifelong learning and student success.
This presentation focuses on the process and transparency for strategic planning at the State University of New York Oswego and how AEFIS Strategic Planning Solution provides a collaborative workspace for empowering faculty and staff to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Kristi will also provide the crosswalk of this process to their self-study and evidence collection within AEFIS. The intentionality of language serves the process by providing consistency for stakeholders to talk about key initiatives and track and monitor institutional effectiveness as it aligns with strategic priorities.
