Assessing the AEFIS Academy Effect! AEFIS Academy provides an intentionally collaborative experience for members, stressing the importance of beginning with a social learning initiative by focusing on the social first and the technology second.
Using the value assessment framework developed by Wenger, E., Trayner, B., and de Laat, M. (2011), we as a community will assess the value of AEFIS Academy using the following:
Immediate value → Productive activities
Potential value → Robust resources
Applied value → Promising practices
Realized value → Return on investment
