Why is there an error message in the top right corner of my screen?

  1. We are sorry you are seeing an error message. There are a couple of reason for an error message to display.
    • A required field is not filled in.
    • A required setting may not be selected
  2. On occasion, an error message could be displayed due to a bug. Double check the task to make sure everything has been done correctly. If the error message continues to show, send us a detailed message in the Request Support section, and we will take a look at the situation. Thank you for your patience.
