There is a large quantity of students, classes, instructors, programs, and other information within AEFIS, that using searches are necessary for efficient searching.
Quick Search Filter Tips
Course and Course Section Manager Search
- If you are looking for a specific course, type in the subject code, a space, and then the course number and wait about two beats.
Then, the catalog course will appear in a drop down below your search term in the search box:
Next, you can highlight and select the suggestion from the search and all corresponding Courses or Course Sections will populate:
Course Manager Filters
Subject – the code abbreviation for the desired course
College – the college(s) the Course is owned by
Department – the department(s) the Course is owned by
Status – whether the course is Published, In Revision, or Draft
Keyword Search – the desired search can be found by searching the name or keywords. A drop down suggestion will appear with matching criteria as the user types.
Course Section Manager Filters
Term – The term(s) in which the course section(s) were offered
Subject – the code abbreviation for the desired class(es)
College – the college(s) the Course is owned by
Department – the department(s) the Course is owned by
Status – whether the course is Published, In Revision, or Draft
Keyword Search – the desired search can be found by searching the name or keywords. A drop down suggestion will appear with matching criteria as the user types.
Program Manager Filters
College – the college(s) the Program is owned by
Department – the department(s) the Program is owned by
Status – whether the Program is Published, In Revision, or Draft
Keyword Search – the desired search can be found by searching the name or keywords. A drop down suggestion will appear with matching criteria as the user types.
Survey Manager Filters
Term – The term(s) in which the course survey(s) were offered
College – the college(s) the Survey is owned by
Department – the department(s) the Survey is owned by
Status – whether the Survey is In Progress, Pending, Active or Completed
Keyword Search – the desired search can be found by searching the name or keywords. A drop down suggestion will appear with matching criteria as the user types.
