Better together in research, teaching and learning. A mastermind group is a peer-to-peer mentoring group used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members. Mastermind groups can be set up to support the success of an individual community member’s success, or on the success of everyone in the group in a shared goal or topic.
