Email Service Integrations
Introduction
This guide will explain the different ways that we can work with you to send email notifications from AEFIS.
AEFIS sends various email notifications to administrators, faculty, and students concerning actions they need to take in the various modules of AEFIS. We will work with you to decide if it is best for us to send the notifications via our email servers or to send them via email servers on your campus.
AEFIS will send all email notifications using the email address applied within AEFIS at either the Institution, College, or Department level depending on the way you decide to set up the notifications in AEFIS. These email addresses are addresses within your institution’s domain.
For example:
From name: University Assessment
From/ReplyTo address: [email protected]
AEFIS Notification Service
The majority of our clients choose this method, where the notifications are being sent from our email service.
If you choose this path, please work with your institution’s email security team to make sure that emails from the following server are on your allowed list so that they will be delivered to the intended recipients.
FQDN: notifications.aefis.net

If you require DKIM signing we can work with you to set that up as well.
