Mastermind groups can be set up to support the success of an individual community member’s success, or on the success of everyone in the group in a shared goal or topic.

These workgroups bring together individuals from different departments, units, and parts of your institution or multiple institutions to generate ideas for new processes, policies, and protocols that will increase your effectiveness and deliverables for your stakeholders.
