Having a passion for agriculture led me to a career as an Agricultural Educator. I taught in a few high schools, before jumping into Higher Education. I started as an Agriculture Instructor at my local technical college, and in January of 2020 I took on a new position as a Flexible Instructional Designer. My main focus is on helping faculty transform from their programs from traditional delivery to competency-based courses.
