  1. Define CLR for your institution using best practices examples from the field
  2. Identify key components of CLR
  3. Design your preliminary CLR plan

The movement to use skills as a currency for employment is accelerating amongst employers

This is an opportunity for institutions to:

  • Re-package skills in different ways
  • Re-engineer processes and practices to drive at the evidence of skills which can be tied to workforce needs
  • Re-think career and other student services with skill achievement at the core 
  • Embrace Curricular Mapping and, map skills, and produce something meaningful for students 

Take this field trip to two institutions who are dipping their toes in the CLR current and see how they are using this opportunity to provide a better value-added for learners.
