AEFIS 104: Intro to CLR

Exploring CLR for your institution is a conscious choice to align academic learning with lifelong learning and prior experience.  CLR also has a number of formative and summative assessment potentials, realized by some institutions and growing opportunities at others.  This course provides the research and best practices for embarking on a CLR initiative for your institution. 

Outcomes of this course include:

  1. Determine the emerging value for authentic lifelong learning assessments at your institution
  2. Compare and contrast CLR, traditional ePortfolios and badging
  3. Review best practices research and examples from the field
  4. Apply CLR blueprint to launch an initiative at your institution
