Presenters

Caitlin Meehan, VP, Client Success, AEFIS Academy

As the Vice President of Client Success at AEFIS, I am passionate about creating partnerships with potential and current AEFIS Partners (clients). I lead our Client Success Department to ensure customer engagement and support while maintaining efficient team structure and performance through analytics, processes, and tools to maximize new client engagement.

Erica Waldorf, Director of Client Onboarding, AEFIS

As the Director of Client Onboarding, Erica leads the technical implementation and onboarding process for new partners, and co-leads the Client Management process for all partners.  She came to AEFIS after a long career in education, starting as a Museum Interpreter and Research Intern on the original staff of the National Constitution Center, and then in both academic and non-academic units at institutions such as the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University, University of the Sciences and Georgetown University.  She has a passion and skill for helping individuals through transitions with humor and humility, which is why she has had such a great experience in her role on the AEFIS Team.  She has her Masters of Science in Education in Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelors of Arts in History from Rutgers University.  In her spare time, you will find Erica obsessively researching every detail of a process before starting a project, yelling at one of her many cats to GET DOWN, reading comic non-fiction, and enjoying exploring the outdoors in her kayak or on foot.

Doriane Feinstein, Client Success Specialist, AEFIS

I am interested in problem-solving through unconventional thought processes. This approach drives my success and enjoyment as the Client Success Specialist for the AEFIS Client Support team. With a diverse background in theatre and nonprofit management, I use creativity, improvisation, and empathy to support my work. My theatrical work focuses on challenging societal norms, exploring humanity, and uplifting marginalized voices. As a playwright, my work has been featured with the Philadelphia Women’s Theatre Festival, Beacon Theatre Productions, The Upstage Podcast, Untold: a 10 Minute Playfest, Going Viral Fest, and Revolution Shakespeare. In my spare time, I work as a freelance photographer, play piano, and draw.

JP Connolly, Client Success Manager, AEFIS

As a Client Success Manager, I spend my time ensuring the continued excellence of the Client Success Team as well as managing the implementation of partner-driven projects in the AEFIS. After graduating from Drexel University in 2017, as well as participating in several internships, I have spent my post-graduation career at AEFIS. The large majority of my time of my spent working with the Client Success Department. While at Drexel, I graduated with a Business & Engineering degree with a minor in Entrepreneurship. During my time at AEFIS, I feel one of my most useful skills has been my ability to stay calm and collected under the pressure of the extensive tasks and projects that the AEFIS Team tackles daily. When not at AEFIS, my interests include spending time outdoors (hiking, camping, watersports), reading, and watching one of the extensive numbers of films on my list.

Sandra Barthel, Client Success Associate, AEFIS

I have a background in healthcare administration and social media management. I am always interested in seeing from the client or “audience” perspective, which drives my communication methods. As a Client Success Associate, I have the opportunity to act as a partner advocate and provide support that promotes the best use of AEFIS solutions. I enjoy holding a client-facing role and directly impacting our partners’ experience with AEFIS. Outside of work, I volunteer at Uhuru Furniture & Collectibles in Philadelphia by helping with store operations, taking pictures at warehouse sales and collaborating in social media campaign groups. I also enjoy long walks and hikes with my dog.

Ruben Johnson, Client Success Associate, AEFIS

As a Client Success Associate at AEFIS, I have the responsibility of providing support to our partners who need assistance with the AEFIS platform through support tickets. Furthermore, I assist Erica, our Director of Client Onboarding, with the management and onboarding of our partners. A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, my interest in education stems from internship experience, course work, and a keen eye for educational advancement. Outside of work you’ll most likely find me exercising, attempting to cook, or find new places to eat!
