As the Director of Client Onboarding, Erica leads the technical implementation and onboarding process for new partners, and co-leads the Client Management process for all partners. She has a passion and skill for helping individuals through transitions with humor and humility, which is why she has had such a great experience in her role on the AEFIS Team. She has her Masters of Science in Education in Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelors of Arts in History from Rutgers University. In her spare time, you will find Erica obsessively researching every detail of a process before starting a project, yelling at one of her many cats to GET DOWN, reading comic non-fiction, and enjoying exploring the outdoors in her kayak or on foot.

I am interested in problem-solving through unconventional thought processes. This approach drives my success and enjoyment as the Client Success Specialist for the AEFIS Client Support team. With a diverse background in theatre and nonprofit management, I use creativity, improvisation, and empathy to support my work. My theatrical work focuses on challenging societal norms, exploring humanity, and uplifting marginalized voices. As a playwright, my work has been featured with the Philadelphia Women's Theatre Festival, Beacon Theatre Productions, The Upstage Podcast, Untold: a 10 Minute Playfest, Going Viral Fest, and Revolution Shakespeare. In my spare time, I work as a freelance photographer, play piano, and draw.

The large majority of my time of my spent working with the Client Success Department. While at Drexel, I graduated with a Business & Engineering degree with a minor in Entrepreneurship. During my time at AEFIS, I feel one of my most useful skills has been my ability to stay calm and collected under the pressure of the extensive tasks and projects that the AEFIS Team tackles daily. When not at AEFIS, my interests include spending time outdoors (hiking, camping, watersports), reading, and watching one of the extensive numbers of films on my list.
