Description

How We Built This? Series provides a forum for assessment leaders to share their sustainable assessment processes within AEFIS, in a spin-off active dialogue inspired by NPR’s “How I Built This” podcast series.

This particular session unpacks how Community Colleges face increasing demands for information regarding their learners from both internal and external stakeholders. Regional, state and programmatic accreditation agencies require community colleges to set goals, develop assessments to measure these goals, analyze outcomes, and share out next steps based on these outcomes. State departments require specific reports to include student outcome data as well. In an ad-hoc environment, the cost of gathering, analyzing, and reporting this information is rising. Listen in to how these assessment leaders are building sustainable assessment processes within AEFIS, Assessment Management Platform in a spin-off active dialogue inspired by NPR’s How I Built This podcast series. These community assessment ‘edupreneurs’ will answer the tough questions and share their assessment stories using technology to provide a transparent feedback loop for continuous improvement and student success.
