AEFIS Virtual Yoga Level 2: 15-Minute Easy Stretching & Meditation While Standing

15-minute easy stretching and meditation while standing.
This activity is intended for everyone and no experience necessary. All you need to do is show up! You will not need a yoga mat, special shoes, or any specific clothing. All you will need to do is stand up by your desk and ideally stand a half step away from your camera showing your waist and up. During our session, we will be focusing on gentle waist, hip, neck and shoulder stretches, breathing techniques, and a small meditation for each class where we will set an intention for our day.
